What Makes A Hero
When thinking of the trials a founder must go through I have often mentally connected this to "The Hero's Journey". This was best refined by Joseph Campbell nearly four decades ago. His Monomyth Model for the Eleven Stages of the Hero's Journey has been used to think about lot's of heroic stories and characters including Star Wars, Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. I came across this short TED-Ed video that summarizes it.
